We run three times a week, rain or shine. Every run is followed by a social hangout — because the best conversations happen after a good sweat.

Saturday Long Run
Start your weekend with a longer group run through Richmond, followed by coffee, matcha, and great conversation.
Sunday
8:30 AM
Run + Lift
Ease into the morning with a short run before heading into a community strength session. All fitness levels are welcome.
Tuesday
6:00 PM
Tuesday Evening Run
Join us for an easy evening run and stick around afterward for tacos, drinks, and good company.
